Lately, I’ve been getting a lot of questions about what workouts I do at home, since I have been posting a lot of workout time-lapses in my IG stories @mikeefederizo (the crowd-favorites are the ones with my dogs). Today, I thought I’d make a quick blog post, sharing all my workout routines as well as links to everything so that you can also do the same!
I understand that a lot of people may be skeptical of what ~detoxing~ is and if it works. Some even hate the word because it sounds like a superficial fad. However, I beg to disagree — detox is not superficial and is definitely not a fad because it’s one of the most important things we can do FOR our bodies.
First off, congratulations to us for passing the 1-week mark of staying home! Fortunately (or unfortunately), we have 3 more weeks to go. Though this is a challenging time for all of us, we have a choice whether to just sit at home and do nothing or, we can turn it around by making use of all the free time we have on our hands and doing something productive.
I’m sure we all choose the latter — so here are some tips I have on Healthy Habits we can incorporate in our lives starting TODAY!
Reading not only keeps you away from distrations and negative noises around, it also exercises one of the most beautiful parts of our body — our BRAIN. And what better way to exercise our brain than learning from the greatest minds of the past, present and future.
Disclaimer: Long post ahead
It’s been a while since I wrote my last blog post (as usual, I got busy with work) but now I am currently at home, really with nothing to do and I thought, well now I have no reason not to write a blog post.
Everyday, I read the news and it gets worse and worse. I remember about a month ago, when the Philippines wasn’t in panic yet and the rest of the world are starting to like China, Korea, Japan, etc and I thought to myself, why are we so relaxed? Of course it’s because we have that mentality “wala pa naman eh” (“it’s not here yet anyway”). Well now it’s here, and perhaps we can take a moment to reflect.
Disclaimer: This is going to be my first and most personal blog post yet.
2018 was the year of the highest highs and the lowest lows. It felt like it was the year that gave me the best things in life that I’m most thankful for, but at the same time, it threw me punches I thought I couldn’t ever handle before. But, I’ve learned the most valuable lesson — to always see the glass half full. We always have a choice with our perspective. Today, I’d like to share how I turned my quote and quote most challenging year to a year full of lessons and personal growth.
Last November 18, 2017, I was invited to attend the Eye of Horus Bio Range launch, hosted by GlamourboxPH. It was an intimate VIP event held at Bondi & Bourke, Makati wherein we got to meet the owners of Eye of Horus and get to know their products.
Recently someone left me a question on my contact page saying, “I’ve been following your blog for awhile now and I want to go Organic, but how to start?!” and to answer that — First, THANK YOU so much for reading. Second, I’m so kilig that someone wants to go organic. And third, you inspired me to write a whole post about it!
First, I’d like to start by saying thank you to those people reading my blog! I only started blogging (literally just for 1 month) but I’ve been getting quite positive feedback and that makes me so inspired to continue blogging and creating more content.
I realized I’ve been blogging for a little over a month now, but I haven’t fully shared with you guys why I went organic. This is going to be a little bit of a more personal post but I hope you like it!
